Myst uses runes to open the doorway between this world and the spiritual world. Runes are a system of 25 magickal symbol stones used to divine our current place in the universe. The stones came to us from the Teutonic peoples of the ancient North as early as 3,500 years ago.

Myst places the stones in many different patterns but she brings her Cherokee heritage to her readings by using a pattern she developed and calls the Medicine Wheel Guide.
